General

When you commission, you agree to the following:
Provide the most accurate references of a character/background.
Keep conversation to a minimum if it does not relate to the commission.The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.The artist has the right to decline or cancel a commission at any point.The artist does NOT accept ANY commissions featuring the following under any circumstance:
Racism/sexism/other similar hateful topics.
Underage OR underage-seeming characters in any inappropriate context.The artist may exclude things that are not on this list.

Payments

Payment is done through PayPal using GBP(£) as the currency. Commissions below £100 must be paid upfront. For commissions over £100, the client may pay half upfront and the rest at the end before the artist sends the art files.Do NOT pay the artist until a PayPal invoice is sent. Payments must be made that way and will be done after the final price has been agreed upon.If PayPal is unavailable in the client’s country, other payment methods can be discussed.

Refunds

Commissions are not refundable unless the following occurs:
The commission is not yet finished - the client will be refunded the difference of what was not completed.
The commission has not been started - the client will be refunded the full price.

Revisions

The client may request any number of revisions at the sketch stage and 3 major revisions during the rendering process. The number of revisions greater than specified may result in additional costs, which will be discussed separately.

Deadlines and Delivery

Delivery time depends on the complexity of the commission and will be discussed separately.
Upon completion of the work, the artist will send the customer a link to a folder in Google Drive containing the art files.

Queue

If commissions are closed on VGen, a client may be added to the waitlist at the artist's discretion upon personal request via direct message to the artist.If the waitlist is open, the artist will work on requests in the order they were received but may choose to prioritize someone if there was a prior agreement before the waitlist opened.A client's slot is secured after payment. The artist will contact the client a few days before starting the commission. If there is no response from the client within 36 hours, their slot will be moved to the end. If that slot was the last available, the client's request will be moved to the top of the waitlist, and another client from the waitlist will take their place.Unpaid requests from clients who did not respond within 36 hours will be moved to the end of the waitlist.For information on available slots and queue order, please refer to the link - Google Sheets

Personal Use

If the client shares their commission online, they must use the JPG/PNG file with the artist's signature. A link or credits are not needed but are appreciated.The client may also:Crop and resize for any social media use.
Print it for personal use in any way.
Use it for any other personal purposes that do not violate the artist's rights and ownership of the copyright.
Colour uncoloured sketch commissions as long as proper credits are given and the client does not claim the art as theirs.The client is NOT allowed to:Paint over the artist's finished work.
Remove the artist's signature or watermark.
Claim the art as their work.
Use it to profit or monetize without the artist's consent.
